• Once the proposal is approved, we begin the creating process—I will update you along the way.

• You will be notified when your order is ready for pick-up or shipping by the estimated completion date.

• Payment is due upon receipt for pick-up or due once the commission has been shipped. An invoice will be sent to your email address to complete payment online.

Pottery commissions are unique and require time to ensure quality craftmanship. Each step of the pottery-making process is subject to natural conditions and occasional delays. Please understand that changes in timing and cost may occur as we progress through each step in the pottery-making process.
